Using - PowerDVD Copy |
CyberLink
who gave us the best Software DVD Player has now joined the DVD Backup
scene with their new PowerDVD Copy which is extremly easy to use and
can transcode your Movie to fit 4.7gb DVD media and allows you to
select which features to remove from the original movie. It does NOT
allow you to copy CSS encrypted movie. NOTE: I Recommand using "AnyDVD" to get a direct access to your DVD Movie without needing to copy it to your HDD! |
Step 1 - Once you open PowerDVD Copy, you will have the option to select your "Source"
from either a Folder on your Hard Drive or your DVD drive. When you
make the select, the program will analyze your movie and give you "Information" on what type and format it is. |
Step 2 - Now click on the "Destination"
and if you want to burn your movie to a DVD media by selecting your DVD
Writer or you could choose to create a folder with the content of your
movie to be burned at a later time. |
Step 3(a/b) - If your movie is larger then the capacity of your DVD Media then you can use the "Auto fit" feature to Transcode the movie into a smaller size. Then click on "Select DVD Content"
to remove any features (such as Languages and Subtitles) from your
movie, so the movie is transcoded at a higher quality level which you
can see under the "Video Quality" bar. When you are done, click on the green arrow button. |
Step 4 - To begin copying your DVD Movie click on the "Burn" icon at the bottom, this will start "Analyzing" and burn your movie according your settings. (* NOTE: The Analyzing and Recording phases will vary in speed depending on your hardware! *) |
