Using - MPEG Mediator

This is a variation of FlaskMPEG, it required external plugins to work, and most of those plugins are not free (except I believe bbMPEG) and unless you have access to a diffrent plugin, you would be rather limited, but unlike Flask, it has a simpler GUI and easier to use, but with less options (no Subtitles that I could see).

Step 1 - Select "File" and press "Open" ( 1a ), select the movie VOB files (1b) and then press the "OK" button.

Step 2 (a/b) - Press "Output" and then select click "Set Output File" to select where to save the file. Click on "Output" again to select the plugin of your choice and then on "Configure". This will bring you the settings of the Plugin you selected.
Click on the  "Panasonic MPEG1 Encoder Plug-In" or the "CinemaCraft Encoder Plug-In" for examples on how to set those Plugins.

a) b)

Step 3 - Press "Audio Tracks" and select which of the primary 3 Audio Tracks you would like to use.

Step 4a - Press the "Filters" and then the "Aspect Ratio" to setup the movie to play as Full Screen or Wide Screen. then press the "Filters" again and select "Deinterlacing" I suggest leaving this on Auto, but if you know what to do, you can enable/disable this feature.

Step 4b - Press the "Filters" and then the "Resize " to setup the resolution the movie will be in, make sure you set this up correctly!
(* NOTE: VCD NTSC is - 352x240 / VCD PAL is 352x288 *)(* NOTE: SVCD NTSC is 480x480 / SVCD PAL is 480x576 *)

Step 5 - Last is the "Start" here simply press the "Start Conversion..." and the movie will start the encoding, if you want, you can press the "Display Video" to view the movie while it's being progressed, this however slows things down a bit.
