Play All Plugin

This plugin can find unreferenced cells in the domain or the entire DVD by scanning the VOB files.  It can also create a Play All PGC (i.e. one that contains all the VOB/Cell IDs in the domain) from those VOBs. Alternatively, it can create a new PGC in the domain with just unreferenced material from that domain – this is useful if you have inadvertently deleted a cell and need to re-use it.
