The motion picture association of America has decided to give universities an ultimatum, either stop students committing piracy or

The motion picture association of America has decided to give universities an ultimatum, either stop students committing piracy or lose federal funding.

Technically the MPAA can't forbid the funding or student aid programs but, they can spend millions swaying state and federal officials to enforce the proposed stipulations.

Is money the root of all evil after all?
