ShutDown is a program that can automatically shut-down Windows/your computer - designed with FlasKMPEG in mind (since FlasKMPEG's auto shutdown doesn't work properly in Windows 2000), but will work with most other programs. This program has been tested to work in Windows 98/Me and NT/2000.
