Now this is what I call a sale, at least when it comes to size, if not price. Over 300 Blu-ray titles have been included, and many start from $9.99. What’s even more useful is that the sale is divided into price categories, so you can browse all the under $10 titles if you wish, and so on.

Amazon has launched their “Big DVD” sale, and as part of the sale, there is a Blu-ray section. There are 69 titles, including the must-have Planet Earth, 300 and I Am Legend. Again, mostly Warner titles, so it means region-free goodness for overseas people.
It’s about time another B2G1F showed up. This time, it’s a small one of mostly older Sony titles including Donnie Brasco, Big Fish, Mirrormask, Resident Evil 1 + 2 and some other titles. There’s a few $16.99 titles in there, so you could get 3 for a low of $11.33 each if you were so inclined.
Amazon are discounting 44 titles (as of last count), mostly from Warner Bros. Popular titles such as 300, The Departed and I Am Legend are included, as well as classics like The Shining, Lethal Weapon 1 & 2. Don’t know when this deal expires, so hurry.
Ten Blu-ray titles from Paramount have been discounted, including the entire Jack Ryan collection (starting with Hunt for the Red October) for $14.99 mostly (The Sum of All Fears for $15.99). Also includes Top Gun, Shooter, We Were Soldiers, The Italian Job, Tomb Raider and Drillbit Taylor (Extended Survival Edition). Sale extended to 29th March.
Bond fans will love this one. Buy Quantum of Solace on Blu-ray, and then buy at least another Bond movie also on Blu-ray, and save money at the checkout.
Buy one additional Bond movie, $7 off. Buy two, and it’s $10 off. All the way up to all 9, with $60 off (which works out to be around $16 per movie before postage).

The remote is a must-have for anyone serious about Blu-ray playback on the PS3. It is a Bluetooth device, meaning there’s no line of sight issues (no need to point the remote at the PS3, to complete the transformation to couch potato).

Amazon has the answer, and they’ve collected 10 of the “must-have” titles on Blu-ray, including I Am Legend, Planet Earth (the must-have of must-haves, in my opinion), Blade Runner (5 discs of goodies for sci-fi fans) and more.
Iron Man, Transformers, Tropic Thunder, Eagle Eye, The Godfather Trilogy and Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull have all been discounted by 53%. Remember, all Paramount Blu-ray titles are region-free for overseas buyers.
