Toshiba RPC-2 Utility

Toshiba RPC-2 Region-changing utility - allows you to change the region settings of your RPC-2 (region-locking) DVD-ROM drive - should work with all RPC-2 drives, not just Toshiba ones. Please first check with the manufacturer of your drive's website to see if an alternative utility is available, and if it is, then please use the other one instead.

Please note that this utility will decrease the number of changes available (region change counter) for your drive everytime you use it to change region-settings - most RPC-2 DVD-ROM drives only have 4 or 5 region changes available, after which, the drive will not allow you to change the region anymore (and hence, when your region change counter reaches 0, this utility will no longer work). This is NOT a region-free tool!!!
