Review of the pros and cons of Samsung's new BD-P1000 Blu-ray Disc Player
The Samsung BD-P1000 looks gorgeous and comes with packaging that suggests this is a classy, top-of-the-line player. But it's the first Blu-ray player to reach consumers, and you have to wonder if the rush to market may have come with a cost. As always, that cost—and I'm speaking here of flaws, glitches, inconsistencies, and inconveniences—is passed on to consumers.
