HC Encoder Version 0.19 Released

The version v0.19 includes bug fixes, GUI changes, but also significant quality tuning

The new version has less blockyness and improved image quality. Needless to say, HC Encoder is a must have and a great combination with DVD-RB.

What's new in v0.19:

supports latest DGDecode/DGIndex (fileversion 13)
some tweaks to improve fades and reduce blockyness
more RD optimization (only for best profile)
improved autogop function
minor GUI changes
as usual some bug fixes
