AutoGK Updates

AutoGK is designed mainly for people who know very little (or nothing) about video conversion and want to create videos for their standalones or PC in a few clicks of a mouse

fixed preview function for some locale settings
XviD build updated to CVS 03/11/06
filters ColorMatrix, VSFilter, Decomb and LeakKernelDeInt are updated
