Vista Codec Package takes the best codecs and settings and allows playback of DVDs and other movie formats in Windows Vista
Below is the official changelog for version 4.3.6 :
  • update FFDshow components to 1082
  • update Haali components to 1.7.121
  • allow RealMedia playback in all players (not x64)
  • add an MP3source filter for compatibility
  • update AC3Filter to 1.30b and fix the shortcut
  • fix QuickTime Firefox plugins
