Price Cut for the Zune

Microsoft will reduce the Zune by $50, making it just $199 |
Microsoft claims the reason for the price cut was a normal part of a product life cycle after it has been released for a few months.
The Zune, which went on sale in November, has about nine to ten percent of the US retail market for hard-drive-based MP3 players.
