New Software Makes HDTVs Cheaper

From a manufacturing plant in the UK comes a new type of software that cuts down on the amount of chips needed in LCD and Plasma TVs resulting in cheaper

Ocean Blue, a company in the UK, comes out with a new type of software that cuts down on the amount of chips needed in LCD and Plasma TVs resulting in cheaper HDTVs. 

The software allows HD, digital, and analogue signals to past through a single chip eliminating the needs for multiple microchips in HD TVs.

There's no word as of yet when this software will become available for TV manufacturers, but the HDTVs will be cheaper and more energy efficient.
