Turn your TV into a digital picture frame when its powered off with LG's new line of TVs

LG has just come out with a new line of TVs that when turned off serve as a digital picture frame when loaded with all of your favorite pictures.

The new LG TV only uses 10% - 15% percent of power it normally does when in use. There hasn't been a price set yet or even a release date however, with the CES show debuts in 2009, look for it then.
