Sony & Lite-On have both come out with a DVD burner that burns at a warp speed of 24X. for a fast effective way to backup your important data.    DVD video days may be over but, the large storage space DVD offers is still wanted.

Lite-On will be releasing 2 different models (iHAS324 and iHAP424) this March that are capable of burning at 24X and Sony will come out with the AD-7240S late March or early April.
