Rumors have been running rampid of a new HD Zune with all new features both in the hardware and software departments.

Sources that wish to go un-named, claims that the Zune HD will sport a 3.6-inch multi touch OLED display and an HDMI connection on the side to stream content directly to TVs.

The iPod rival will supposedly be available in 4GB, 8GB, 16GB, 32GB, and 120GB models.
