Sanyo HD Cam for Newbies

Sanyo has just announced an HD camcorder geared toward newbies or the "tech" challenged so that they too might capture quality video

The Sanyo Xacti CG11 is basically a point and shoot camcorder that sports a 10 megapixel CMOS sensor capable of 720p recording (H.264 encoded MPEG-4).

The camera also has an integrated EyeFi and mini-HDMI connectivity options, as well as 40MB built in memory and there's also 5x optical zoom, anti-shake and a stereo mic.

The camera will first go on sale in Japan for the equivalent of $318 USD.
