Black Friday is here again and as always ads are being leaked early to entice shoppers to spend their hard earned cash with them first
This year, stores are trying something different by offering black Friday prices early but, some stores are only doing it for only one day and for only certain items and some stores are doing it the entire month of November.
Starting today and continuing every Friday through Thanksgiving, Amazon.com will host an early Black Friday sale based around four themes: Connect, Play, Watch, and Listen. Each sale will feature deals and discounts on hot new items such as Blu-ray players, HDTVs, popular video game titles, speaker systems, and more. All deals will be available during a limited time window each Friday, and one featured Deal of the Day will be available the entire day starting at 3:01am Eastern time on Fridays.
Also, retailers are making a big push this year to extend the Black Friday shopping season. This includes offering "early Black Friday sales" throughout the entire month of November to entice consumers to shop early. Some of them are:
Target will be running a 4-day sale starting Sunday, November 21st until Wednesday, November 24th where more than 170 products will be discounted as much as 50% off.
JCPenney is having multiple one-day sales beginning with the "Biggest Sale of Them All" on November 6th, another one-day sale on November 17th, a "Huge Sale" on November 20th, and a "Day Before Thanksgiving" sale on November 24th.
Walmart.com will also be having sales starting in early November which offer discounts of up to 30% off select electronics, toys and housewares.
Staples.com plans to offer discounts of up to 50% off items such as laptops, digital cameras and printers beginning on Sunday, November 21st until Wednesday, November 24th.
