EyeTV is a streaming TV provider is a web application that allows you to watch TV over 3G using the iPhone's built-in MobileSafari browser.

EyeTV will allow you to watch personal TV broadcast to your iPhone wherever you are.

The web app, called EyeTV Live3G, wick will work with your existing My EyeTV login, has been tested to give 3G access to the EyeTV iPhone app allowing you to watch streaming video over your 3G connection.
