After a leaked image of what looks to be a new motherboard for the XBOX 360 leads one to believe a smaller slimmer XBOX is on its way.

The leaked image came from China, so not real sure how "legit" it is, but the image shows the CPU and GPU together on the same chip.

If you think about it, it does kind of make sense with the project Natal launch later this year, the Xbox compatibility with Windows Phone 7 Series, and even the addition of 3D gaming.
