Today Netflix confirmed it was moving outside US borders to Canada to expand its online streaming service.  Netflix is planning to start the Canadian service this fall but you will be able to sign up for a notice to know more of an exact date.

As of right now, the Canadian customers will only be able to subscribe to the Web streaming service, not the DVDs by mail.  This is the first time that Netflix will have a streaming-only service.
