The DVR maker has partnered with cable provider Cox to offer the latest on-demand content accessible via its latest set-top box, the TiVo Premiere.

Don't worry early adopters of the TiVo Premiere, this service will work with all current and future TiVo Premieres.

To entice people to join up, Cox will offer free installation for subscribers who buy a TiVo online and will promote the DVR on its website.

The new DVR is retailing for about $300.
