Michael Dell confirmed today that the company is in fact working on a 7" tablet that would run on the Android operating system.

The tablet would support a mediocre 800x480 resolution but the dual core NVIDIA Tegra 250 processor would be capable of displaying 1080p video.

Rumors have it that it will have a ATSC tuner for over the air HD and support streaming TV so it makes a perfect companion to your HDTV.
