The results and analysis for Blu-ray (and DVD) sales for the week ending 25th February 2012 is in. A couple of new releases couldn't really prevent Blu-ray and DVD sales from falling compared to last week, which had almost no new releases (but were stil on a high from the release of the new Twilight movie and the Blu-ray exclusive Lady and the Tramp). Puss in Boots was the week's top selling new release.
Puss in Boots was available in 3D as well, with 1 in 4 Blu-ray buyers choosing to go with the Blu-ray 3D combo version - perhaps an easy choice given that it was only $5 more expensive on Amazon.
