You only need to drop the mp4 video files (already encoded for iPhone/iPod) onto the SrtIphone executable and let's rock...
Now all you have to do is to transfer the generated m4v video files to your iPhone/iPod using your favorites software (eg. iTunes)
Open your video and press this button to choose the subtitle track

- SRTiPhone is now windows friendly, I made a simple GUI that make it more easy to use.
I changed little parts of code and now speed as greatly increased.
You can change subtitle language that appear on the mobile device.
