tSubGet allows you to extract subtitles from DVR-MS and WTV files featuring teletext streams and output the stream to the SRT format.
While mainly designed for Australian TV recordings, tSubGet may work with other teletext based systems, and offers experimental support for Latin based languages and Greek (modified version required).
